*Step 1: Quotation*The process begins with a quotation provided by *The Cure Hub* based on the buyer’s requirements.

 

### *Step 2: Sample Preparation*Upon quotation approval, we prepare a *sample* as per the buyer’s specifications.

 

### *Step 3: Sample Dispatch*- The sample is *free of cost*.- The *courier charges* are to be borne by the importer/buyer.

 

### *Step 4: Proforma Invoice & Offer*On sample approval, we issue a *Proforma Invoice (PI)* and a *Full Corporate Offer (FCO)*.

 

### *Step 5: Buyer’s Intent*The importer/buyer provides a *Letter of Intent (LOI)* and signs the FCO to confirm the order.

 

### *Step 6: Purchase Order & Advance Payment*The buyer issues a *confirmed Purchase Order (PO)* and pays an *advance amount* (negotiable as per the deal).

 

### *Step 7: Product Packaging & Labeling*Once the advance is received, we begin the *packaging and labeling* process.

 

### *Step 8: Quality Assurance Updates*We provide *photos and videos* of the product during processing and final packaging, *including the buyer’s company name*.

 

### *Step 9: Payment Verification*After buyer approval of the photos/videos, the *remaining payment (full or partial) is processed* as per the FCO terms.

 

### *Step 10: Container Stuffing & Local Transportation*- The goods are *loaded into the container*.- We handle *local transportation to the designated Indian port* as per the buyer’s instructions.

 

### *Step 11: Shipping Confirmation*The importer receives *container photos/videos*, including *container number and seal number* for verification.

 

### *Step 12: Custom Clearance & Final Payment*- After customs clearance, the goods are *loaded onto the vessel*.- Any remaining *payment must be cleared* as per the FCO terms.

 

### *Step 13: Documentation Submission*Once full payment is received, we provide all *necessary documents* through the bank or courier as per the buyer’s request.

 

### *Step 14: Document Confirmation*After the buyer confirms receipt of all documents, our *responsibility for document submission is complete*.

 

### *Step 15: Delivery & Quality Verification*Once the goods reach the importer’s destination, they *verify the quality and compliance*.

 

### *Step 16: Post-Delivery Support*If the importer has any concerns regarding the material, *The Cure Hub* will ensure the best possible resolution.
